Configure Your Microsoft 365 Email on a Smartphone
Whether you're using an Android phone or an iPhone, setting up your Microsoft 365 email is simple.
Follow the guide below to securely access your emails from anywhere.
Android - Set Up Your Microsoft 365 Account with the Outlook App
The Outlook app is Microsoft's recommended application for optimal use.
Step 1: Install the App
- Open the Google Play Store
- Search for Outlook
- Install the Microsoft Outlook app
Step 2: Add Your Account
- Open Outlook
- Tap Add Account
- Enter your Microsoft 365 business email address
- Tap Continue
Step 3: Microsoft Authentication
You will be redirected to the Microsoft 365 login page:
- Enter your password
- Validate using your authentication method (Microsoft Authenticator, SMS, etc.)
Step 4: Finalization
- Accept permissions (notifications, synchronization)
- Your mailbox is now ready to use
👉 Your contacts and calendar will automatically sync if your organization allows it.
iPhone / iPad – Set Up Microsoft 365 with the iOS Mail App
Apple Mail is fully compatible with Microsoft 365. Here's how to add it.
Step 1: Open Device Settings
- Open Settings
- Scroll down and select Mail
- Tap Accounts
- Choose Add Account
Step 2: Choose Account Type
- Select Microsoft Exchange
Step 3: Enter Your Email
- Enter your Microsoft 365 address
- Tap Next
- Choose Sign In
Step 4: Microsoft Authentication
- Enter your password
- Validate your identity (Authenticator, SMS, etc.)
Step 5: Choose Items to Sync
You can enable:
- Contacts
- Calendars
- Reminders
- Notes
Tap Save to finish.
Your account is now configured in the Mail app.
